Returns & Refunds Policy

At Auralume we want you to be completely happy with your order. This policy explains your rights to cancel, return items and receive a refund. It applies to customers in the United Kingdom and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your 14-day right to cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To let us know, email tbslimane@gmail.com with your order number before the 14-day period ends.

Returning your items

After telling us you wish to cancel, you have a further 14 days to send the goods back, unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend a tracked service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method in GBP, including standard delivery (premium delivery upgrades are non-refundable).

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if an item is faulty, not as described or incorrect, you're entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. Contact us within 30 days and we'll cover return postage.

Exclusions

The right to cancel may not apply to perishable goods, personalised items, and sealed hygiene products that have been unsealed. This does not affect your rights if such items are faulty.
